"My husband and I recently moved down to Texas from New Hampshire and have been scrambling to get life together down here - it's a lot! Getting our car insurance updated was one of the many things on the to-do list. Thankfully, Yeyo made the process easy and enjoyable! He is such a friendly guy, and I already feel like he's on our backyard BBQ invite list if we actually had a grill :) No joke, talking with Yeyo felt like talking with a friend I've known for a long time. Really personable, honest and chill! He took the time to walk us through what to expect with the insurance switch from NH to TX, since many people move and then are confused when rates shift. We appreciated that he didn't just say, "hi - here's a number. Sign the paper. Bye!" He also was especially patient with me since I have a terrible habit of starting a task and then falling off the face of the planet for a couple days while I get distracted. So, he'd reach out to see how I was doing getting forms submitted and if our cards came in, etc.. I personally need those nudges because otherwise it falls off my radar.
